Earlier this month we had a great seminar on martial arts power generation by World Master James Freer, 7th Degree Black Belt.   the session covered in detail the body mechanics of delivering an effective strike, along with evasive footwork for sparring.

On the 15th September students from Charnwood Tae Kwon-Do attended their grading under the auspices of Grandmaster Paul Donnelly. The students were put through their paces and received some great feedback for those preparing for their black belt grades.   Well done to all who passed their new grades!
